Hot Sales and Factory Rejects:

  • Items purchased from our Hot Sales and Factory Rejects categories cannot be exchanged.
  • This policy is due to the significantly reduced prices we offer, which makes it challenging to manage packing, service, website update costs, and other associated expenses.
  • Additionally, each design in the Hot Sales category is available in only one item per design.

Hygiene-Related Restrictions:

  • Due to hygiene reasons, return and exchange services are not available for the following items:
    • Men’s Vest
    • Men’s Socks

Exchange Process and Guidelines

We continuously strive to ensure that we provide all our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Exchange Request and Return Process:

  • Requesting an Exchange: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Returning the Package: Once your exchange request is approved, please return the package to us within 7 days. This timeframe is essential as our system automatically closes the exchange process 7 days after the order completion date. Actions related to the exchange cannot be processed beyond this period.

Please adhere to these conditions to ensure the smooth processing of exchanges. For any further inquiries or assistance, do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Return | Exchange Policy Requirements:

  • Items must be neatly packed and securely placed in the re-sealable package you received them in.
  • The invoice should be included inside the package.
  • Items must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

Return | Exchange Procedure:

Step 1: Inform Us

  • Contact us via call or WhatsApp at 0777171704 to let us know you need to exchange your item.

Step 2: Send the Package

  • Send the package back through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with the following details:
    • To: mshopping, No. 593/A/38, Daranagama, Delgoda, 0777171704
    • From: Your details with the order number
    • Inside the package: Please include a note with the following information:
      • Order Number
      • Your Name
      • Your Mobile Number
      • Reason for Exchange (e.g., “I ordered size 42, but it is not the right fit, so I would like size 43 instead.”)
  • Please WhatsApp us the Courier/Postal receipt of your exchange package.

Important Return & Exchange Notes

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for both returning your item and for shipping the exchange item, regardless of whether your original purchase had free shipping or included shipping charges.

  • Trackable Shipping: If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked or insured.

Step 3: Receive Confirmation

  • Once we have received the package, one of our Sales Representatives will contact you. If any returns do not meet policy requirements, the items will be sent back to you immediately.
  • If the item meets the exchange policy requirements, we will:
    • Call your mobile number to confirm receipt.
    • Request you to WhatsApp a product image and size from our website’s available products.
    • Our team will prepare the exchange package and send it via delivery service to your address.

Refund Policy

Strictly No Refunds:

  • No cash refunds.
  • No credit back to savings accounts.

This policy is clearly stated to ensure our customers are aware of our no refund policy.

Deduction of Previously Paid Delivery Charges

    • Original Price: 2900 (plus delivery)

    • Note: Previous delivery cost not deducted

Requesting a Less Expensive Product

  • Original Price: 7500
    • New Price: 4500
    • Difference: 3000
    • Refund Policy: No refund for the difference
