1. Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Estimated Delivery Timeline: 1-6 Working Days
    • Example: If you place an order on Monday, June 1st, the estimated delivery window will be from Tuesday, June 2nd, to Monday, June 8th.
  • Express Delivery:
    • Estimated Delivery Timeline: 1-2 Working Days
    • Example: If you place an order on Monday, June 1st, the estimated delivery window will be from Tuesday, June 2nd, to Wednesday, June 3rd.

2. Order Processing:

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays and government holidays.
  • Every day from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the delivery service vehicle comes to our store to pick up all the packages.
  • Orders received after 3:00 PM are arranged for handover to the next day’s pickup service vehicle.
    • Example: If you place an order at 4:00 PM on Monday, June 1st, it will be picked up on Tuesday, June 2nd.

3. Delivery Timeframe:

  • The estimated delivery time may vary due to unexpected issues such as weather conditions, delivery company busy days, and other unfortunate reasons.

  • For any issues regarding delivery, please contact us during office hours (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) at 0777171704.

5. Tracking Information:

  • If you need any tracking numbers or the delivery company branch phone number, call our general number 0777171704 with your order number.
  • The order number can be obtained from the email provided to us via the website form.
  • You can also log in to our website using your personal login details to get the order number.

6. Delivery Company Working Hours:

  • Delivery company delivery boys work from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Packages will be handed over during this time.

Order Placement:

  • Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an invoice with an order number sent to your email. This is generated automatically.

Order Confirmation:

  • We will contact you within 1 to 3 hours to confirm the order details (size, amount, order number, delivery option, and other information). Please note that we are unable to make calls on Sundays and government holidays as our office is closed on those days.
  • If you do not answer the phone or your phone is switched off, we will send you an SMS requesting you to contact us urgently.
  • If we do not hear back from you, your order will be canceled.

Order Processing:

  • Once you confirm the order over the phone, we will begin processing and packaging your items.
  • If you place an order on a Sunday or a government holiday, we will call you to confirm the order after the holiday. Your order will then start to be processed and packed.

Delivery:

  • Delivery Company Part:
    • The delivery company will call you from the nearest branch, and the delivery rider will hand over the package to you.
    • Please ensure your mobile phone is on and nearby. If you do not answer, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next available delivery time, which may be the next day or a few days later.
